Booking and payments
Reservations are accepted only itself accompanied by a deposit equal to 30% of the entire amount (bank transfer, postal order, credit card) made ??within 24/48 hours from the reservation request.
The balance must be paid upon arrival. We accept Visa and EC / MC.
In case of late arrival or early departure (reduction of the rental period), regardless of the cause, the customer must pay the whole amount of the booking as booking confirmation.
Upon arrival, the customer is required to pay a deposit of 100,00 Euro
Arrivals and departures
Apartments / rooms are available for guests from 16.00 to 20.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 9.30 am on the day of departure (9.30 am expire all services booked - room, beach service, etc.. )
In case of no show the apartment / room will be available until 12.00 the next day only the client itself warns the direction no later than 21:00 on the day specified as the day of arrival on the booking confirmation.
Will be accommodated only the number of persons indicated in the booking confirmation, the number of people must equal the number of beds in the living unit (also applies to children up 2 years), will be required the documents of all persons.
Persons declared at the time of booking can not be changed without the consent of the owner, in case of exceptional, the owner reserves the right to accept or refuse the request to add a person or persons behind the payment of an additional amount determined by reference to the period of stay.
On departure the customer is required to put in order the kitchen, must be free of dirty dishes, food scraps, garbage, otherwise it will be requested by the customer a fee for the exceptional cleaning from 20.00 to 40.00 Euro . The use of the kitchen is not provided in the hotel formula (but not prohibited), the cleaning of the kitchen is to be paid by the customer.
Cancellations
Communication for cancellation or renunciation to one or more reservations, will be considered if made ??by fax, e-mail with an attached photocopy of an identity document. Unless stated otherwise (according to some offers and promotions rate is "non-refundable") you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the deposit or change the length of stay (depending on the availability of direction) only if the communication received within 40 days before beginning of stay. After this deadline, the booking will be canceled with total loss of deposit and without the possibility to change the length of stay, the management has the right to rent to others without any obligation to refund or compensation.
Catering
Opening hours of breakfast 7:30 to 11:30, opening hours of dinner 19:30 to 21:30. For all the times indicated - to show up at least 30 minutes before closing, otherwise the customer will not be served meals not consumed will not be deducted.
Prohibition to entering the restaurant with swimwear, for men also applies the shorts too short.
Various
Pets are not allowed.
Are not allowed either visitors or guests (relatives or friends).
All units are NON-SMOKING.
The time of silence is from 13.30 to 16.00 and from 24.00 to 8.00.
The volume of the audio - video should be adjusted so as not to disturb the neighbors.
With the entry into the residence was obliged to accept and abide by these rules. Who does not comply with this regulation, the owner is free to terminate the stay without refund.
